Customized Bodywork tailored to the specific areas of pain and tension held in your physical body. As an H.H.P. I utilize a multi-modality approach to treating your body. I combine the following massage modalities: Deep Tissue Sculpting, Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Trigger Point, Sports/Stretching, Swedish/Relaxation. Your session will leave you feeling limber, deeply relaxed and ready to take on the week ahead!

The most common type of massage that involves long kneading strokes as well as light, rhythmic tapping strokes on the top most layers of muscle tissue. Swedish/Relaxation massage increases the level of oxygen in the blood improving circulation while decreasing muscle toxins and easing tension in the muscle. This is a deeply relaxing modality that I blend into all massage but is a wonderful "spa like" session as a stand alone service.
